Sound Bath + Mini Breathwork/Holy Fire Reiki Meditation. Nurture your mind and body by immersing yourself in a meditative state with healing sound waves. As you sit or lie down with eyes closed, sound vibrations wash over you, taking you on an inward journey. You'll leave feeling relaxed, aligned, energized, and uplifted. Leslie will also share channeled messages + guidance from your higher self, spirit guides, angels and loved ones who have crossed over. The Power of Sound: Sound bath helps promote relaxation, tranquility, and peace. It is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical instruments to create healing vibrations throughout the body. These calming frequencies take you to a deeper state of consciousness, harmony, and self-discovery. It works with the energy centers in our body allowing us to improve our physical and emotional well being. Allowing healing on many levels to take place. Including releasing emotional blockages, stress, and anxiety. Sound healing comes from instruments like crystal sound bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums and gongs. It allows you to be immersed and bathe in healing sound waves while aligning your energy centers.

Group Sound Baths: If you've booked a Group Sound Bath, please note that the full amount quoted will apply, even if there are any last-minute cancellations within your party. Punctuality: We recommend arriving on time so you can fully enjoy your experience. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session or, in rare cases, a cancellation, as we want to respect everyone's time and space.
