This offering was born from my own deep healing journey and the transformational breakthroughs I’ve witnessed in my in-person Inner Child Healing Circles. It’s for the version of you still carrying the weight of your past… The child who felt unloved, unseen, or not enough. The adult who now struggles to feel safe, open, or worthy—without fully knowing why. Science shows that 95% of our subconscious beliefs are shaped before age 10. That means your adult life may still be running on childhood patterns—patterns rooted in fear, shame, abandonment, or perfectionism. This session is a soft and powerful return to the places within you that are still waiting to be heard, seen, and held. What to Expect: 💛 Pre-Session Questionnaire You’ll reflect on themes or wounds you’re ready to shift so I can intuitively tailor the session to your healing journey. 🕊 Compassionate Conversation We’ll open with a loving check-in to set intentions and create emotional safety—because healing happens when we feel seen. 🌬 Somatic Breathwork + Tapping We begin with a guided breathwork journey (25–30 minutes), paired with gentle tapping or somatic release techniques. This helps calm the nervous system, access the subconscious, and prepare your body to safely open. No reliving required, the breath knows where to go. You don’t need to “talk it all out” to let it go. 🌿 Guided Meditation I’ll lead you inward into a journey where you’ll meet your inner child and begin offering them what they’ve always needed: safety, love, and presence. ✨ Angelic Energy Healing Whether in-person or distant, I’ll channel high-frequency angelic energy to your emotional body and inner child—soothing what’s been heavy and restoring emotional peace. 💫 Channeled Messages You’ll receive any intuitive insights I receive from your angels, spirit team, or inner child to guide you forward. This isn’t surface-level. It’s reparenting. It’s restoration. It’s the work I’ve used to heal myself and it’s an honor to now share it with you.
