If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the best possible experience to you and others. Last-Minute Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we encourage you to consider gifting it to someone who can benefit from the session, as we are unable to offer refunds, regardless of a 48-hour notice. Group Sound Baths: If you've booked a Group Sound Bath, please note that the full amount quoted will apply, even if there are any last-minute cancellations within your party. Punctuality: We recommend arriving on time so you can fully enjoy your experience. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session or, in rare cases, a cancellation, as we want to respect everyone's time and space.
