To support this sacred commitment, we kindly ask for a few considerations when scheduling your appointments: Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the best possible experience to you and others. Last-Minute Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we encourage you to consider gifting it to someone who can benefit from the session, as we are unable to offer refunds, regardless of a 48-hour notice. Group Sound Baths: If you've booked a Group Sound Bath, please note that the full amount quoted will apply, even if there are any last-minute cancellations within your party. Punctuality: We recommend arriving on time so you can fully enjoy your experience. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session or, in rare cases, a cancellation, as we want to respect everyone's time and space.
