What to Bring:

    •    Journal + pen (non-negotiable, we’ll be working deeply with subconscious writing)

    •    Optional: any crystals, sacred objects, candles, or incense you’d like to weave into your ritual. Bring your full moon practices, this is the space to use them!

    •    My favorite: a burning ritual. If possible, prepare a small bowl with water and paper to write down what you’re ready to release, so we can burn and release together.

    •    Water for hydration and grounding.

You do not need to do all of these, everything beyond your journal and pen is optional. But if you’d love to add ritual tools, this collective energy makes it even more powerful. ✨
