There is a younger version of you still holding on to stories, fears, and emotions your body never had the tools to release.

They show up when you shrink your truth. When you question your worth. When love feels distant or hard to receive. When your nervous system reacts before your mind can catch up.

This isn’t just emotional healing. This is somatic reprogramming. Because the truth is, your inner child lives in your body, in your cells, in your DNA.

It’s not enough to just journal about it. We need to release it from the body, gently, intentionally, and with deep love.

In this circle, we go beyond surface-level healing.

You’ll be guided through a powerful, multi-layered journey using somatic tools and angelic support to help you:

• Reconnect with the younger version of you that still holds emotional pain

• Identify where fear and unworthiness are stored in your body

• Release old survival patterns without having to relive the trauma

This work was born from my own living room, through breath, movement, and prayer. It's the one modality that truly helped me feel safe in my body again. And now, I’m honored to share it with you in this sacred group setting.
