With the gentle support of your angels, you will be guided through a powerful emotional healing process that will help you:

• Rebuild the bridge between who you were and who you are becoming

What You’ll Experience:

✨ A heart-opening inner child ritual inspired by the question, “How old am I right now?”

✨ A sacred journaling practice, writing a letter to your younger self (“Dear Little Me”)

✨ A deeply guided angelic meditation to invite healing, comfort, and divine support

✨ A nurturing angelic sound bath to soothe the nervous system and integrate the emotional release

✨ Gentle reflection time to close and anchor in what you’ve received

This Circle is For You If:

• A journal + pen

• A photo of your younger self or an item that represents your inner child

• Crystals or objects you’d like to have near you during the sound bath

• A blanket if you’d like to feel extra cozy during the meditation and sound healing
