The experience begins with a heartfelt healing discussion in a safe and sacred space where you can share your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, you’ll set a meaningful intention to guide your healing journey. Next, you’ll transition into breathwork and meditation to ground your energy, calm your mind, and open your chakras, preparing your body and soul to fully receive the restorative power of Reiki. At the core of the session is Reiki and sound healing. Leslie will first channel universal life force energy to balance your chakras, clear blockages, and remove energetic cords. This process helps release what no longer serves you, from emotional wounds to physical tension, offering relief from anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain. She will then transition into sound healing, where you’ll immerse yourself in soothing, high-frequency vibrations that will deepen your release, raise your vibration, and help you reconnect with your true self. The harmonious tones work on a cellular level to amplify healing, restore balance, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. The session concludes with an open discussion where Leslie shares any channeled messages from your higher self, spirit guides, or loved ones. Group Sound Baths: If you've booked a Group Sound Bath, please note that the full amount quoted will apply, even if there are any last-minute cancellations within your party.
