We combine breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and a Sound Bath to guide you on a beautiful journey of deep relaxation and tranquility. Leave feeling rejuvenated and with a deep sense of inner peace and love. Leslie will also share channeled messages + guidance from your higher self, spirit guides, angels and loved ones who have crossed over. The Power of Reiki: Reiki is Universal Life Force energy in us and all around us. It connects us to our Higher Self and with everything around us. The healing energy flows to wherever it is required. Reiki helps relax and bring clarity and energy where needed. It helps with anxiety and depression. It may relieve physical pain, accelerate natural healing, and prevent disease progression. Reiki can also detoxify the body, dissolve energy blockages and release emotional wounds. Reiki increases our body’s vibrational frequency and helps change negative conditioning and behaviors. The Power of Sound Baths: Sound baths help promote relaxation, tranquility, and peace. It is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical instruments to create healing vibrations throughout the body. These calming frequencies take you to a deeper state of consciousness, harmony, and self-discovery. It works with the energy centers in our body allowing us to improve our physical and emotional well being. Allowing healing on many levels to take place. Including releasing emotional blockages, stress, and anxiety. Sound healing comes from instruments like crystal sound bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums and gongs. It allows you to be immersed and bathe in healing sound waves while aligning your energy centers.  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your payment. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in additional fees. If a Group Sound Bath is booked you are responsible for the full amount that is quoted at the time of booking. This applies even if you have last minute cancellation’s on your end. Be punctual, as late arrivals may result in deduction from your session time or even cancellation. We appreciate advance notice and are understanding in case of emergencies.
